Vendor Blacklist
It is our job as a board to make sure the vendors in the community abide by the same rules as do the residents and home owners. They are here at the invitation of someone who lives here, doing work for someone who pays them.
Any vendor who isn’t respectful to one of you, isn’t respectful to any of us, as a community. The following vendor(s) has been blacklisted from our neighborhood due to either 1) shoddy workmanship, 2) unethical business, 3) rudeness to neighbors, 4) unwillingness to comply with parking policies and more.
If you have experienced a vendor that needs to be blacklisted, please contact the board with the information.
Bow Wow Bowtique
We all know how critical parking is in our neighborhood. This vendor knowingly made it impossible for Emergency service vehicles. When approached and nicely asked to move it 5 feet, she refused and was rude to 2 different neighbors.
Apparently, her parking was more important than someone’s life, or even a neighbor’s access to his driveway. Every resident deserves to be treated with respect by all vendors. They are here to serve us.
