Most of you get it. This board is working hard, every single day, to make sure things are getting done and communication is put out there. Most of you are patient and respectful. We appreciate that, truly.
There are a handful, of course, that complain if the wind blows. As we were standing in line last night, I was explaining what was going to happen with the FOBs, etc.. A resident said that about a quarter of the residents have no clue that this was going on last night, that the communication from the board was bad.
Please, tell us how to communicate more effectively. We have a website with news and information, a portal with news and information, emails with news and information, an exit sign with news and information, and printed flyers with news and information. We decided against smoke signals. LOL!
At some point, it is every homeowner’s responsibility to read their email, check the website, read the printed flyers and figure out what is going on. To say this board does not communicate well without offering a solution, is just complaining.
