What is Architectural Review and how does it affect me, the home owner?
Eagle Pointe is an HOA, which means we’ve all signed an agreement with the purchase of our home, to abide by a collective set of rules and bylaws that are enforced by the association.
Anytime a home owner wants to do something to the exterior of the home, approval is needed. The governing documents outline them all, but in a nutshell, here is a list in which you will need to get approval for:
- Exterior painting – download approved color schemes
- Roof replacement
- Front door replacement
- Mailbox replacement
- Window replacement
You are encouraged to read the governing documents to make sure you are abiding by the rules set forth.
