Pressure Cleaning Packages
Your board has spent the last 2 weeks talking with over 40 different pressure cleaning companies. We have sifted through them all to come up with what we believe to be the best bang for your buck.
While many of them were comparable in pricing and services, one stood out with references that were glowing. You don’t have to use this company, you are more than welcome to do the legwork yourself. However, if you need a company, this is the one we recommend.

What’s Happening
The pool has been painted and, we get new lights!
The outer fence… we have finally leaped the hurdles put in front of us with companies having the man power to complete the projects. But, we are persistent and will be going soon!
We will be getting a new system for the gate soon. It will operate the gates AND the pool gates.

Southwest Florida Fencing Academy
If you’ve wondered what it is like to wield a 3 foot piece of steel, Fencing just may be down your alley!
Fencing is great for kids, adults and seniors. It teaches cognitive learning and is very similar to chess, only with swords!
We are going to be setting up a couple of Eagle Pointe Group nights, where you can go to the club, learn about the various types of blades, the precision and thought process that goes behind it. Be sure and check back here, once we have a date, we’ll post it for all!
Fort Rock Climbing Center
Ever think about rock climbing? It’s a GREAT workout and a real challenge!
We will be having an EPC group night, where you can go to the club and climb for 2 hours with some of your closest neighbors!
They have all the equipment needed, shoes, harnesses, chalk and more. Rock climbing is great for kids, adults and seniors who are active and fit. Be sure and check back here, once we have a date, we’ll post it for all!
